I attended the Florida School of Massage in Gainesville, Florida, one of the oldest and most respected massage schools in the country.  After my graduation in 1997, I opened my own business, INTEGRITY MASSAGE, located in Winter Park, Florida, a suburb of Orlando. I also did medical massage in a local chiropractic office for over 3 years.

People often ask what "type" of massage I do. My work during any typical session is usually a combination of many styles, tailored to the individual I'm working with. My massage flows, like the weaving of a rich tapestry, as I touch into the muscles, layer by layer. My work is slow, methodical and intentional. I seek to "make space" for the muscles to naturally release and relax. I give special attention to areas of concern. But I see each person in a holistic way. So I work to bring together all the muscles, to happily function as one complete individual.  

So my work continues to be fresh and interesting, I'm always eager to learn new massage techniques and approaches.

I see each massage as a unique experience. The goal can be relaxation, or deep therapy, or more commonly, a combination of both.  In all cases, my touch is nurturing and sensitive.

I love what I do.  Because I feel this way, I want to be 100% alert and present during each session.  With this in mind, I limit scheduled appointments to a maximum of only three on any given day.
